摘要
在对环氧乙烷银催化剂的微反评价工艺进行改进的基础上,讨论了反应器结构、流量控制方式、催化剂装填方式、稀释剂选择等因素对固体催化剂微反评价系统的作用,以及对催化剂反应性能评价数据稳定性的影响。
The micro laboratory device for evaluating the performance of ethylene epoxidation catalyst was improved.Many factors on micro laboratory device for solid catalyst evaluation were discussed,including the structure of reactor,flow control pattern,catalyst packing and diluent selection.In addition,the influence of evaluation device on the stability of the performance data was also studied.
