摘要
通过对原油平衡分离计算数据的分析,以及对咸阳长庆石油助剂厂150万t/a常压蒸馏装置改造前后生产数据的对比,论证了常压蒸馏装置采用加热炉炉管逐级扩径及高架空低速转油线技术,可显著增加原油的汽化率,提高轻质油收率。
The technique of atmospheric distillation unit by the stepwise diameter expand of the heating furnace tube and the oil-line of overhead and low speed was proved by the analysis of calculation data of crude oil equilibrium separation and the comparison of production data of atmospheric distillation unit before and after the remoulding.The technique could obviously increase the vaporization efficiency of the crude oil,and increase the yield of light oils.
