摘要
对脱除硫氰酸钠溶剂中铁离子的机理作了讨论,认为硫氰酸钠浓溶液中的铁离子只以Fe2+的形式存在,并得到验证。根据这一理论对硫氰酸钠一步法腈纶装置的除铁工艺进行改进后,装置的物料消耗量显著减少。
The mechanism of ferrous ion removal from sodium rhodanate solution was discussed.The results showed that only ferrous ion existed in the sodium rhodanate solution.The process of ferrous ion removal was improved for the nitrilon plant by sodium rhodanate one-step method and the consumption of materials decreased.
