摘要
针对以渣油为原料的合成氨装置低温甲醇洗系统放空尾气中H2S含量高的状况,开发出一种选择性氧化脱硫工艺技术。经过连续500h的考察实验,结果表明,该工艺流程简单,稳定性好,脱硫效率高,适用于以渣油为原料的大中型化肥装置制氨过程中含硫尾气的脱除。
An desulfurization process of selective catalytic oxidation for fertilizer plant was developed and was proved by trial test for 500 h.The results showed the process was simple and stable and had high desulfurization rate.It could be used for removing the H 2S in the tail gas of fertilizer plant.
