Determination of Starch in Tobacco with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

研究了用高效液相色谱法测定烟草中的淀粉含量 .方法检测限为 3 .0mg/L ,相对标准偏差为 1.6～ 2 .1% ,标准回收率在 95～ 10 5%之间 .新方法用于几种烟草样品中淀粉含量测定 。

A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of starch in tobacco was studied. The limit of detection is 2.0 mg/L for glucose. The rec overy of this method was 95～105%, and relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.6～2.1%. This method has been applied to the determination of starch in frutex with good result.
