This paper analyzes the theoretical rules of introducing the multimedia technology into teaching processing according to the primary principles of pedagogy and psychology. Based on the principles and multimedia technique, how to apply it in teaching and basic principles and methods in class software designing are also discussed here, so we have more clear awareness of the strong points and weaknesses of the teaching methods based on multimedia technique and also bring forward solutions of it. The teaching method based on multimedia technique is an important way to exhibit quality education.
