摘要
林胜煤矿原主要通风机服务年限已到,且为适应生产规模的不断扩大,西风井新安装了对旋轴流式通风机。根据《煤矿安全规程》的要求,新安装的风机投入使用前,必须进行一次性能测定和试运转工作,同时为了掌握新安装风机的实际性能,对风机叶片安装角为30°、35°、37.5°和40°进行了性能测定。根据测定结果进行了合理分析,其中新风机35°,37.5°两条曲线效率较高,且与目前的通风网络匹配。
In Linsheng coal mine, with the expansion of production capacity, the original ventilators can not meet the production requirement, and it has ended its service life. Newly ventilators of disrotatory axial-flow has been installed. According to 'Coal Mine Safety Regulations', the performances of newly installed ventilator must be measured and trial operation must be carried out once. Simultaneously, in order to grasp the practical performances of those new ventilators, their performances are measured when blades are under 30°, 35°, 37.5° and 40° respectively. The obtained results are rationally analyzed. The efficiencies of curves, matching the present ventilator network, are higher for new ventilators when blades are under 35° and 37.5°.
