This paper analyses the forming mechanism of a circle mechanism and its control over coal and gas outburst. The regional distribution of circle structure and the space relation between circle structure and different fracture in the mining area and determines the region of coal and gas outburst. Making the advanced study based on this result, will play an important role in predicting coal and gas outburst.
