摘要
随着医药,染料、氟碳表面活性剂及氟塑料工业的发展,根据市场的需要,对氟苯的需求量迅速增加。用无水氟化氢法生产氟苯是国内外最先进的方法,它克服了传统席曼法的缺点,它的显著优点是使成本降低、废气减少、收率提高,本文介绍了生产氟苯的两种主要方法的合成原理,重点介绍了无水氟化氢法生产氟苯的生产工艺过程及对所产生的废酸、污水、废渣的处理。实验结果表明用无水氟化氢生产氟苯是有广阔前途的生产方法。
Along with the development of medicine,dyestuff,fluorcarbon surface activating agont and fluor-plastics industry and according to the market demand, the demand for fluorobenzene is rapidly increased.The method of using fluorine hydride to produce fluorobenzene is the best method,which overcomes the shortcoming of the Schiemann method,it can make the cost lower,reduce waste gas and raise recovery rate.The article introduces the production metheds of fluorobenzene.The article introduces the principle of two methods to produce fluorbenzene and method of dealing with produced acid dirty water.The experiment shows ethe method of using fluorine hydride to produce fluorbenzene is the best.
