福建省城市生态环境问题成因分析与对策研究

A Study of the Problems, Causes and Countermeasures of the Urban Eco-environment in Fujian Province

综合分析评价了福建省23个建制市的生态环境态势和目前存在的主要问题:城市水环境依然严峻,城市固体废物处理相对滞后,酸雨污染较为普遍,绿地不足且布局不合理,热岛效应加重,湿地持续减少等.在此基础上,深入分析产生城市环境问题的社会经济原因和自然原因,并根据生态省建设的总体要求,提出了福建省建设生态城市的总体战略目标和具体对策.

Synthetically analyzing and evaluating the urban ecoenvironment situation and main issues in the 23 cities in Fujian province, it is pointed out that urban waterenvironment is still deteriorating, and the treatment of urban waste material is lagging seriously, urban acid rain still remains serious, greenland is insufficient, heatisland effect is getting worse, wet land continues to decrease. In a word urban ecological issues are very critical. These serious ecoenvironmental deficits have deeply influenced urban economicsociety development.In addition, the socialeconomic and physical causes of the problem are analyzed comprehensively. On the basis of idea of Fujian ecological province , the general objective of ecological city and the countermeasures that are taken for the protection of urban ecoenvironment are put forward.
