摘要
硫酸氢钠代替硫酸作为酯化的催化剂.在NaHSO4·H2O存在下由异戊酸与正丁醇反应合成异戊酸丁酯,在最佳反应条件下酯的产率可达85%~86%,该反应操作简单,NaHSO4·H2O价廉易得,不溶于反应体系,可过滤回收重复使用.
Sodium bisulphate can replace sulfuric acid as catalyst for esterification. Butyl isovalerate can be synthesized by the reaction of isovaleric acid with normal butyl alcohol using sodium bisulphate as catalyst, and the yield can reach 85%~86% under optimal reaction conditions. Sodium bisulphate is not only cheap and easy to get, but also insoluble in the reaction system. Futhermore, it can be recovered and reused by filtration.
