摘要
在20T罐组进行试验,通过改变某些庆大霉素发酵工艺,探讨发酵工艺的改变对发酵效价及组分的影响.结果表明,在发酵不同时期补加不同的氮源对发酵液的效价和组分都有很大的影响.采用稀配方工艺可使发酵液中的组分控制在一个比较理想比例内.
The improved fermentation technique was studied in a set of tanks of 20T. The results showed that addition of different nitrogen sources at various points during fermentation influenced the components and potency of broth greatly. The improved thin dispensation technique is able to bring out an optimal ratio of broth's components.
