摘要
利用吸附反应动力学方法,对K49EHPr和wtHPr两种蛋白质变性过程进行了系统分析.结合K49EHPr蛋白质和wtHPr蛋白质所具有的空间结构特性,对K49EHPr蛋白质具有较强稳定性的原因做了进一步的讨论和解释.
The K49E HPr and wtHPr denaturation processes are analyzed systematically in terms of adsorption kinetics.Considering the features of the spatial structures for the K49E HPr protein and wtHPr protein,the reasons that K49E HPr protein has more stable stability have been discussed and explained further.
