摘要
本文用自然沉降法于2001和2002年分别对青岛10个测点作19次空气微生物测定。论述青岛空气中陆源和海洋微生物的时空变化状况,平均陆源细菌、真菌、总菌量和(F/T)%分别为8781.8\3014.5\11796.3CFU.m-3及25.6,平均海洋细菌、真菌、总菌量及(F/T)%分别为314.4\895.2\1209.6CFU.m-3及74.0。表明青岛空气处中度微生物污染状态,陆源污染较重,向滨海区扩张势头较强。结果显示海洋对陆地空气具调节作用。
In this paper,the airborne microbes above Qingdao were determined at 10 sites totally 19 times by means of gravity plate respectively during 2001 and 2002.The result obtained expounds the temporal and spatial distributions of terrigenous and marine microbes in air above Qingdao.Average terrigenous bacterial,fungous,total microbial contents and (F/T)% are 8781.8,3014.5,11796.3CFU·m3 and 25.6 respectively.Average marine bacterial,fungous,total microbial contents and (F/T)% are 314.1,895.2,1209.6CFU·m3 and 74.0 respectively.It indicates that the air above Qingdao is at the middle level of microbial pollution.There are a more serious terrigenous source pollution and stronger trend towards seashore area.The result also shows the regulatory function of sea to land air (atmosphere).The paper analyses the airborne microbial difference among various functional areas of the city plan,and points out the necessity of strengthening monitoring and administering on air and its microbes of Qingdao.
