为解决机械密封失效问题,对机械密封失效形式作了归纳和定性的机理分析,发现造成机封失效的主要原因是选材不当和结构不合理,提出了解决方案且效果良好。

This thesis makes an induction and a mechanism analysis by determining the nature on the forms of the failure of mechanical seals in order to solve the problems of the mechanical seals failure.It comes to the conclusion that the main cause which leads to the failure of mechanical seals is improper option of materials and unreasonable structures.Besides,this thesis has brought out the solution which has caused good effect.
