摘要
在当今知识经济环境下,人才已成为企业、行业乃至地区最重要的战略资源之一.更好的了解、管理、控制天津市的科学技术人才,已成为天津市人才管理的首要任务.本文主要通过寻求高级技术人才供应的自身规律,以及经济发展与高级技术人才数量之间的关系,对天津市未来10年高级技术人才的缺口进行了预测.
Along with the development of information economics the core status of talents, which is one of the important resources for region development, is more and more evident.It has become the chief assignment for the governors to understand,manage and control Tianjin's highlevel technical talents in a berfer way. This article forecasts the supply and demand gap in the next ten years by seeking the relationship of economic development and the number of highlevel technical talents.
