复合层压板传热性能实验分析

摘要 利用工农业废物(废纸浆、玉米芯轴等)制成复合层压板,对远红外强制对流干燥过程进行理论分析,讨论干燥速率的影响条件,认为恒速干燥阶段是决定板材性能的关键.并可根据不同板材的厚度调节电机速度,满足板材干燥要求.最后对板材的传热性能进行实验及分析,实验结果表明,它是良好的保温材料. Composite pressaccumulate is made up of industrial and agricultural wastes (waste paper pulp, corncob etc.).The paper analyzed the theory of infrared and forced convection heat transfer drying process, discussed the effecting condition of drying velocity,and concluded that constant velocity drying process was a key in plate properties, and with different thickness adjused electrical machinery velocity to satisfy plate drying requiring. Final heat transfer properties of composite pressaccumulate plate we tested, the results showed that it could be used as an effective insulating material.
