乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶生产工艺的研究

Study of Production Process of Emulsion Acrylate Pressure - Sensitive Adhesives

研究了生产过程中,影响乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶稳定性的因素,实验表明,选用非离子和阴离子复合乳化剂,其周量为1.5％～2％,反应温度控制在84℃±2℃,搅拌速度150r/min,加入0.2％～0.5％聚丙烯酸钠保护胶体,可得到稳定的压敏胶乳液。

The factors influencing the stability of emulsion acrylate pressure - sensitive in production are studied. The test shows that, when compound emulsifiers is 1.5% - 2% , reaction temperature 841 ± 2℃, stirring speed 150r/min, 0.2% - 0.5% sodium polyacrylate is added as protective colloid ,the stable pressure -sensitive adhesive emulsion can thus be obtained.
