摘要
本文在系统探讨云南省少数民族干部政策变化过程的基础上,对云南省少数民族干部队伍的整体状况进行了调查研究,指出了云南省少数民族干部政策的显著特点,并对云南省少数民族干部队伍的现状进行了评估。
Through a systematic analysis of the changes of the policies towards the minority cadres in Yunnan, the author has made an investigation of the status of all the minority cadres in this province. The author thinks these policies have the following traits: the change from the increase of quantity to the improvement of quality; the association of basic education with the strengthened training of minority cadres; the shift from the training of politics-oriented cadres to the training of cadres with practical knowledge.
