On the Economic Legislation in the Minority Regions of West China

民族地区的发展实质是经济的发展,而经济的建设必须在法制的框架内才能健康、有序的进行。民族地区应针对其经济、政治、生态的个性化特征,构建最有利于其经济和社会发展的法律制度。

The development of the minority regions relies mainly on their economic development which is obtained successfully only through following the legal structural requirements. The minority regions should construct their legal systems which best suit their social and economic development according to their own economic, political and ecological traits.
