摘要 介绍了用钛白副产硫酸亚铁为原料 ,采用液相氧化法生产铁红和铁黄 ,氢氧化亚铁凝胶氧化法生产铁黑 ,氯酸钠氧化—转化法生产透明氧化铁等生产工艺的化学原理及技术要点 。 The chemical principle and technical elements for the production of series pigment of ferric oxide from the by-product ferrous sulfate in TiO 2 production was introduced.Which included iron red and iron yellow produced by liquid phase oxidation;iron black produced by Fe(OH) 2 gel oxidation and transparent ferric oxide produced by Na 2ClO 3 oxidation-converting method.In addition,zine-iron yellow and compound iron green were also introduced.
