热水洗涤法生产低钾钠氯化铵工艺研究

Study on technology of producing ammonium chloride with low K and Na by hot water washing method

对钙镁等杂质含量较低的农用氯化铵原料生产低钾钠氯化铵的水洗工艺条件进行研究 ,确定最佳工艺路线。试验结果表明 ,制备的低钾钠氯化铵产品质量优良 ,投资少 ,生产操作简单 ,成本低 。

The technological conditions for the preparation of ammonium chloride with low K and Na by washing method were investigated.The optimum technological route was determined.The test result shows that quality of the product prepared can reach high level, the investment is lower,the manufacture cost is low, the operation is simple and without the discharge of ”three wastes”.
