Since the mid and late 20th century ,the tendency of assimilation and development has brought great shocks to the science of this field.Public order preservation,as a traditional basic system,has also changed greatly.On This basis, this article elabrates the theoretical evolution and development of international privte law, which is of vital importance to the understanding explanaition and generalization of the dispute in this field.
