摘要
在铁氰化钾体系中以氢化物-原子荧光法直接测定海水中的铅,确定了最佳反应条件。铅的检出限0.18ng/mL,相对标准偏差4.0%,并与石墨炉原子吸收法比对,方法简便、快速,可用于海水中痕量铅的直接测定。
Lead in the sea water was directly determined in the potassium ferricyanide solution with hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the reaction conditions were optimized.The detection limit of lead is 0.18ng/ml and the relative standard deviation was 4.0%.The method is simple and rapid contrasts with GFAA method,and it has been applied to determine trace lead in the sea water.
