摘要
评价企业和企业管理者市场竞争力的方法通常为指标体系综合评分法。将企业竞争力分解为竞争优势和生产规模,计算出其竞争优势系数,可得到反映企业管理者市场竞争力的量化指标。该指标消除了综合评分法中主观因素的影响,可直接为企业管理绩效评价决策部门所用。
The common method of evaluating the market competitiveness of enterprises and th eir managers is comprehensive evaluation by indicator system. If we resolve ente rprise competitiveness into competitive advantage and scale of production and ca lculate the coefficient of competitive advantage, we can obtain the quantitative indicator reflecting the market competitiveness of managers. This indicator eli minates the effect of the subjective factors in comprehensive evaluation by indi cator system and can be directly utilized by enterprise performance-evaluating a nd decision-making institutions.
