高校推广软式排球运动的探讨

Of Promoting the Use of Soft-Type Ball in Colleges and Universities Volleyball Games

以桂林市几所高校的大学生为研究对象,通过对软式排球与硬式排球在构造、特性、技术、规则等方面的对比分析,研究结果表明软式排球运动在高校发展具有很大的潜力。从软式排球本身的特点看,对硬式排球有辅助的作用,并使其不足之处得以补充,软式排球较硬式排球在技术方面易于学习和掌握,更易于在普通院系的学生中组织和开展。高校普及软式排球能有效的促进高校群众体育活动的深入开展,全面提高学生的身体素质。

By comparing and analyzing the skills,features and rules of softtype volleyball games and those of hardtype volleyball games among the college students in Guilin,the author argues that softtype volleyball sports has a great potential to grow in colleges and universities.It is easier to be learnt and mastered and much easier to be organized and developed.In addition,it has many advantages over hardtype volleyball sports.Popularizing it in colleges and universities can effectively develop mass sports and enhance the physical qualities of the students.
