在新世纪,时代的发展给高校的人文环境建设带来了挑战和机遇,高校必须按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,在人文环境建设中不断创新,才能为国家培养出合格的高级专门人才。

The building and development of our higher education relate to the hardware construction such as schoolhouses ,funds, etc and the soft environment construction such as the faith of education,management institution,and campus culture, etc.In the new century, changing era gives rise to challenges and opportunities. To bring up eligible advanced professionals for the country, the universities and colleges are obliged to innovate constantly in the soft environment construction under the requirement of the idea of 'Three Representatives'.
