德国特吕茨施勒尔清钢联设备,由于采取了减小抓棉机抓取棉块的重量;多包多仓混合;全流程均匀喂棉;棉条自调匀整四项先进技术,并通过几条流程的试验对比得出:用该流程生产的棉纱,单纱强力CV％值低于10％,纱的重量CV％值低于2％,棉纱的颜色均匀一致,生产棉纱的出口率达到90％。

Due to fine tuft plucking, multi-bale mixing, uniform feeding and auto-levelling, Trutzschler chute feed system is more efficient in yarn production compared with other conventional processing lines which brings out single yarn strength CV% value below 20%, weight CV% value below 2%, even yarn shade and yarn export ratio over 90%.
