摘要
高等教育的多样化和多层次化必然带来培养目标和规格的多样化,从而也要求有多样化的分层次的高等教育质量评价标准与之相匹配。因此,必须树立多样化、分层次的高等教育大众化的综合教育质量观;确立国际化的、多元化的高等教育质量标准,建立高等教育教学质量保证机制。
The diversified and multilevel higher education inevitably results in various training aims and norms, which call for diversified criteria for higher education quality. Therefore, the viewpoint of comprehensive education quality for diversified and multilevel popularized higher education should be established. Meanwhile, international multi-polar quality standards for higher education as well as higher education quality assurance mechanism should be set up.
