鼻形打手在清花老机改造中的应用

本文对德国特吕茨施勒尔、瑞士立达的整套设备和采用鼻形打手在清花局部机台上改造后的几种实际效能作了综合测试分析。实践证明:在清花老机改造时,只需在关键的A035型棉箱和A036型豪猪开棉机上,通过局部改造并采用鼻形打手和调整工艺参数,就可获得较好的实用效果。

By means of a comprehensive analysis on the operating effects of blowing ass(?)mblies of Trutzschler of Germany and Rieter of Swiss and some improved domestic blowers, the paper testifies that a good operating effects could be obtained on the dated blowers partially adopting a nose beater on A035 hopper and A036 porcupine opener.
