The Concept and Method of the Construction of Archive Data Base on Special Subjects

馆藏档案信息专题数据库是高校档案馆充分利用现代化管理手段,加强对档案资源管理、开发与利用的产物.也是档案部门建立电子档案管理系统、数字档案馆、虚拟档案馆的前提和基础。加强专题数据库建设必须遵循两个原则:一是小处着手与大处思维相结合的原则,二是定义目标和量化收益相结合的原则,还要正确选择专题数据库环境,并解决好专题数据库利用中的安全问题。

The data base on special subjects comes from modern management, development and utilization of archives resources. It also sets a premise and foundation for establishing electronic managing system and digital virtue archives. Two principles must be followod in enhancing the construction of this base. First, we should combine macro-consideration with micro-handling. Second, we must balance the relationship between planned goals and estimated p fits. Aiming at this target, a seci ircumstance for data base and its operation must be ensured.
