论我国外资银行监管制度的完善

On Consummation of China's Foreign-funded Banks Supervisory System

目前 ,我国外资银行监管制度存在着立法不健全、监管原则不明确、没有实行公认的“综合监管原则”等问题 ,为此 ,我国应转变监管理念 ,采用与国际接轨的外资银行监管方式 ;完善我国对外资银行监管的法律制度 ;明确对外资银行的监管原则 ;调整对外资银行监管的政策 ;完善监管的各个环节。

At present, there are such problems as imperfect legislation, unclear supervisory principles, not enforcing generally accepted 'Comprehensive regulation principles' in China's foreign-funded banks (FFB) supervisory system. For this, we must change the supervisory conceptions and establish FFB supervisory modes in conformity with the international practices; perfect China's legal systems of FFB supervision; specify supervisory principles for FFB; justify the policies for FFB supervision; perfect all the steps in FFB supervision.
