A Research on China Securities Civil Compensation System

从 1990年证券市场正式建立以来 ,内幕交易、操纵市场、虚假陈述时有发生 ,给中小股民投资者造成了一定的经济损失 ,但当股民提起赔偿诉讼时 ,却遭遇了各方面的障碍。 7年来 ,我国证券民事赔偿制度建设取得长足发展 ,但仍有必要在今后的司法实践中给予补充和完善。

Inside dealings, manipulating markets, and misrepresentations occurred from time to time since the formal foundation of securities market in 1990, which resulted in some economic losses for small and medium stockholders. Yet those stockholders came across obstacles from various aspects when taking civil compensation lawsuits. Though a big progress has been made in the construction of China securities civil compensation system since 7 years ago, it's necessary to replenish and perfect it in legislative practice in future.
