摘要
站在供应链管理的角度,在对BPR理论的认识的基础上,从供应链系统构成要素及其相互关系的分析出发,提出供应链系统重整的模型以及面向供应链管理的企业层次重组模型,给出其相应的功能和实现分析,并对论题的相关论点进行了讨论。
Analyzing the key elements of supply chain system and relationship between them, the paper puts forward a model of supply chain reengineering and an enterprise -level reengineering solution model. Further more, it analyzes the content and implementation of the models.
