摘要 从四川豆豉、鸡精等着眼,论述了复合调味品的类型、特点、营养及开发、研制状况。认为复合调味品是生产企业新的竞争主题,有着广阔的发展前景。 With an eye to lobster sauce and granulated chicken bouillon,introduced the style,characteristic,nutrition and developmeat situation.Production of compound condiment is a new competitive theme of enterprises,and had a wide development foreground.
