摘要 采用正交试验对离心法纯化大豆异黄酮的条件进行了优化。结果表明,当溶液中大豆异黄酮浓度为20mg/mL,溶液温度为40℃,离心速度为2×103r/min,离心30min,大豆异黄酮的含量可由原来的40.9%提高到71.2%,收率为32.3%。 Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the centrifugal purification conditions of soy isoflavones. The results showed that the soy isoflavones content increased from 40.9% to 71.2% with the yield being 32.3% when the solution contained 20mg/mL soy isoflavones and was centrifugalized at 2×103r/min for 30 min at 40℃.
