摘要
高职教师专业化发展的内涵包括专业能力、职业道德与职业能力、人际沟通能力与管理能力等,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设是促进高职教育教师专业化的重要途径。坚持资格与学历并重的原则,坚持专业化与开放性相结合的原则,坚持自主性教育与在职教育相结合的原则是实现高职教育教师专业化的基本策略。
This paper describes the implication, general situation, and developmental process of teacher specialization. It analyses the connotations of professional development of higher vocational and technical college teachers, including professional ethics, professional ability, communicative and administrationabilities. It is emphasized that enforcing team construction of dual-competence teachers accelerates teacher specialization. The essential strategies are provided; that is, equal emphasis on diploma and qualification, specialization and openness, autonomy education and on-the-job education.
