摘要
篮球后备人才梯队建设是我国女子篮球运动复兴的基础。旨在通过对我国少年女子篮球竞技人才的体能状况、基本技术等进行调查分析,在此基础上,在培养体制、体能训练及基本技术等方面提出我国少年女子篮球竞技人才培养的对策。
The construction of reserve forces is the base to our basketball revival for women. Through analyzing and investigating into physical efficiency and basketball basic skills and so on, this thesis provided the countermeasure for Chinese maiden basketball players training in such aspects as training system, physical fitness and basketball basic training.
