摘要
采用文献法、调查法等研究方法,对中学体育教师的能力结构进行研究。结果表明:随着社会的快速发展和学校体育改革的深化,对体育教师能力结构提出了更新、更高的要求;中学体育教师能力呈现不平衡状态,主要缺乏创新意识与能力、科学研究能力、领导和管理能力以及继续学习能力等。本文旨在为普通高校体育教育专业深化教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量提供思路与依据。
By using the method of literature, questionnaire, an investigation on the ability structure of P.E. teachers in the middle school is made. Along with the fast development of our society and the deepening P.E reform, P.E. teachers in the middle school should have a better ability structure. For lacking of innovation consciousness, research ability, leading ability and so on, the ability of P.E teachers is in imbalance condition. The author puts forward some suggestions and hopes they could contribute to the P.E. reform.
