摘要
健身秧歌是一项新兴的健身项目,它是在传统秧歌的基础上演变而来,因此,本研究主要是在搜集、整理和分析各地传统秧歌动律和基本动作基础上,结合健身秧歌的技术特点,以及近几年来健身秧歌推广开展、调查研究和实践总结,逐步建立起符合健身秧歌自身特点的动律和基本动作。健身秧歌动律的指导思想是保持传统秧歌“扭、摆、走”的基本动律和特色,“走”是指健身秧歌的基本步伐,“摆”是臂的动作,“扭”是指上体的扭摆动作。
Healthy younger is a new sport, evolving from traditional younger. On the basis of collecting、arranging、analyzing the movement rhythm and basic action of traditional younger in different areas, with the technique characteristic, and study、practice sum-up to it’s expansion and investigation, at last, movement rhythm and basic action according to healthy younger are founded gradually.
