抓住机遇 切实推进我国小城镇建设

On the Construction of Towns and Small Cities in China

党的十六大报告指出:“统筹城乡经济社会发展,建设现代农业,发展农村经济,增加农民收入,是全面建设小康社会的重大任务。”解决中国“三农”问题的根本出路之一,就是要加快我国的城市化的步伐。小城镇建设是推进城市化进程的重要举措,是推动农村城市化进程的必由之路。本文就如何推进小城镇建设,从科学规划、投入机制、产业兴镇、搞好县域经济等方面进行了深入的思考。

As is pointed out in the report of the Sixteenth National Congress, one of the essential ways to solve the three main problems of the farmers in China is to quicken the step of urbanization in the rural areas. This paper discusses the way to push forward the development of small cities and towns and makes some suggestions from the perspective of scientific planning, investment mechanism, rejuvenating the towns by developing industry and the improvement of regional economy and culture.
