The authors r ecalled the family tree of management practice and management theory.They analyzesd the quality of management and they considered that the main point of management it its rule ,coordiation and the function of the moral principles.They put forward that the theory of'scientific technique plus management'is the primary productivity by studying the function of management in scientific technique which can be changed into productivity in management. Also t hey pointed out the main effect of management in social politi-ca l,economy and the whole social life.
