摘要
本文阐述了H92-OAS变性淀粉的生产工艺、反应机理、各种工艺参数对产品取代度的影响关系、产品的红外光谱、粘度热稳定性及浆膜性能。对于高密度的涤棉纱,用该产品取代33%的PVA进行上浆,能提高开口清晰度及好轴率,减少断经,提高布机效率,环境污染少。
A detailed expoundation is given to H92-OAS modified starch in view of the production tecnnology, reaction mechanism, effects to various parameters, product infrared spectrum, thermostability of viscosity and film features by means of a trial production of high density T/C yarn with replacement of 33% PVA, which contributes a great stride to the improvement of shedding, beaming, weaving efficiency and the reduction of air pollution as well.
