摘要
可重入制造系统调度问题随着半导体工业的迅速发展日益得到重视,仿真调度是解决这类问题的重要方法,可视化仿真因其仿真过程的可监控性与良好的交互性在仿真调度中得到了采用。本文将可视化仿真应用于可重入制造系统的调度,通过引入虚拟设备对这类制造系统进行了基于生产路线的可视化仿真,有效地解决了直观表达该类系统加工路径重入性的问题,提高了调度效率。
The problem of scheduling re-entrant manufacturing system arises with the development of semiconductor industry. The optimization of the scheduling problem of re-entrant manufacturing system is very difficult. Visualized simulation based scheduling is well-thought-of due to the knowability of the simulation process. We developed a visualized simulation based scheduling system for re-entrant manufacturing system in this paper. The system describes the attribute of re-entrant expressly by using virtual devices and helps to improve the scheduling strategy effectively.
