This paper describes in detail the methods for establishing a simulation system of the vocational windows for banking business' hall by using CSIMAN simulation technique, the methods to determine an optimum number of the Vocational window by the light of the resource's capacity utilization NR(I) and the length of the queued entities NQ(I)in CSIMAN simulation system.
