摘要
以KTPⅡ类角度匹配倍频 10 6 4nm激光的相位允许角为例 ,从理论上分析了它的倍频效率与相位允许角的关系 ,在实验上通过被动调Q激光器腔外倍频对其进行了检验 ,结果表明 ,这种方法可以精确地分析倍频晶体的切割角度偏差 ,并可推广到LBO。
The accept angle of KTP type II phase matching for double frequency 1064 nm laser is exemplified. The relationship between efficiency and phase matching angle has been analysed and is verified by passively Q switched laser extra cavity double frequency experiment . It is proved that this method can check the incision quality of double frequency crystal accurately, moreover, it can also be applied for other nonlinear crystals such as LBO and BBO.
