本文简要分析了棉纺细纱机前牵伸的几种型式,指出各自性能上的长处和局限。为了纺制纯棉纱和高支纱,研制了摇架加压双短皮圈牵伸装置,本文介绍该牵伸装置的设计要点和主要结构特性。经纺纱实践,证明该装置适纺纱号范围广,效果比较理想。并已通过了省级鉴定。

Having briefed several kinds of front drafting system on cotton spinning frame concerning their advantages and disadvantages, the paper elucidates the design principles and structural features of a double small circumferental apron drafting system with rocking arm weighting designed mainly for pure cotton and finer-count yarn which proves very feasible.
