应用BET 32型细菌内毒素测定仪定量检测维生素C注射液的细菌内毒素 ,干扰试验表明 ,维生素C注射液在 40 0倍稀释时 ,测定内毒素的干扰最小 ,回收率符合 2 0 0 0年版药典的要求。经 7个不同批号的维生素C注射液测定结果显示 ,7批的回收率均符合药典要求 ,其中人用 4个批号维生素C注射液内毒素含量符合药典标准 ,兽用 3个批号的产品内毒素含量均超标。

When using BET-32 Bacterial Endotoxin Tester to check the content of Vitamin C injection, The experiment of disturbance show that : the disturbance is at the minimum level when Vitamin C is diluted by 400 times ,and the recovery rate conforms to the standard of the Pharmacopoeia ( 2000 edition).The results of Seven different batch numbers Vitamin C show that: their recovery rate all conforms to the standard ,four kinds of medicine suit the demands of pharmacopoeia,and the contents of others three kinds that used as Veterinary medicine exceed the standard.
