摘要
针对蒸发工序设备老化、技术落后等薄弱环节进行技术改造,采用新型闪蒸器、高效真空泵、改进型减温器等先进设备;引进超声波、多相流等防垢技术,使蒸发器的效率及运转率有了显著提高,达到了节能降耗的目的。
This paper was directed against the ageing of evaporation process equipment and technical backward. The company applied new mode flash evaporator, high effective vacunm pump and promotive mode decresing temperature unit etc., recomanding supersond and mutiple phase flow etc technology, incresing the evaporator efficincy and motion rate, achieved the aim of energy saving and lower consumption.
