摘要
针对惯性约束核聚变驱动器激光预处理系统的需求 ,研制了一套高功率高光束质量 Nd:YAG激光系统 ,该系统中采用了高稳定的被动调 Q单纵模振荡器、受激布里渊散射脉冲压缩和高效聚光腔等多种技术 ,获得了脉冲宽度 3ns、激光能量 1 .1 J、远场发散角 0 .3mrad的激光输出。
Due to the requirement of laser conditioning system of ICF drive. A Nd : YAG laser system with high power and high beam quality is developed. Compared to current c ommon laser system, it has an apparent improvement in temporal shape and beam quality. The s ystem applies several technologies and teaches as following: a single longitudinal mode oscillator wit h a passive Q-switch; SBS pulse compressing technology; SBS pulse phase-conjugation technology; image relay technology and high efficient pumping cavity. Its main technology indexes are listed as pul se width 3ns ,energy 1.1J,far field diverge angle 0.3mrad,repitition frequency 10Hz.
